Waking up to the sun in the sky and looking out over a sun kissed landscape or even a beach where waters calming caress golden sands would be a dream, fortunately most Spaniards enjoy this on a daily basis. The others rise in a buzzing city where the culture is dripping from the olden buildings where the architecture paints a picture of the history that has gone by centuries before. Whichever way you look at it holidays in Spain have a variety to offer whatever your reason for a visit.
Resorts in the Canary Islands are well developed family destinations and with great sun, beaches and crystal clear waters, they keep people coming back time and time again. Couples are also fond of the quiet relaxing nature of the islands where can wine and dine in some great seafood restaurants where the tastes are fantastic due to the fresh source of fish and vegetables in the region. Menorca is equally well designed for tourist looking for family fun, holidays in Spain offer good resorts and facilities due to the high amount of tourism per year.
Mainland Spain isn’t perhaps visited as much as it’s islands of the south coast and one of the reasons is its expense. With cities like Madrid and Barcelona which are popular but well advanced so you should expect to pay much more than you would in other areas. Madrid is Spain’s capital and boasts a wealth of cuisine, culture, sport. It also has a fantastically regarded nightlife which mixed with tourists and locals the streets are filled with people looking to dance to the sun come up.
For many it’s the nightlife mixed with sun and when it comes to holidays in Spain people are generally well aware of the options such as the world famous party resort of San Antonio bay on the island of Ibiza. Magaluf also attracts plenty of attention, based in Majorca. So whatever you want Spain’s got it, and that’s absolutely everything. |
