That is my personal dream, I love the whole laze around a beach all day and have a camp fire with a drunken sing-a-long at night attitude synonymous with surfers. As for surfing no thanks I’m good. As desirable a dream that is the closest me and many people are going to get to that is two weeks or so out of the year. I love beach holidays they are my first thought when booking up, as I’m sure is the case with many people. For those who know who Donavon Frankenreiter is he’s pretty much living my ideal life bar the fact he surfs.

I’m not so into beaches that I want to go to the most talked about one’s to sample its splendour, in fact I would say they are pretty much a dime a dozen when it comes to hot areas like the Mediterranean. I haven’t left Europe on my beach holidays but I do aim to eventually and hopefully I will find this one beach that will take my breath away. The Caribbean is perhaps the area of the world I would most like to visit as from images and things I’ve seen on TV it appears stunning and the beaches truly picturesque. The Hawaiian Islands are popular and are best associated with a beach bum/surfer type person, and I would also like to visit there at some point.

Beach holidays need clean beaches and I think we do well in Europe for tidy beaches and coves. Perhaps the reason I haven’t went past the Mediterranean is because I secretly prefer what it has to offer with great temperatures and great sun along with fantastic beaches and ton’s and ton’s of activities both water based and on land.

A beach is a beach when it come down to it so when booking a holiday you want to consider the weather mostly, but if you manage to find a beach where you can waste the day away with a great view and scenery then cha-ching! In conclusion to find a good beach holidays you don’t have to look too hard as they’re well documented so your best considering other factors when you are going to book.
